More often than not when we start a diet, we find ourselves sticking to it for a week or so and then giving up, this is mainly due to dropping calories far too low and eating 'boring' foods. Here at Transform Fitness we allow you to eat your favourite foods whilst still losing body fat, and teach you to embody it in your life style. Sound too good to be true? With the right guidance you too can achieve your dream body whilst still enjoying life.

Our duty as a coach is to be at your service and provide you with an online personal training experience 24/7 for the duration of your package.

There is no need to worry if you do not have a gym membership as we can tailor your program to be done at the comfort of your own home and to fit around your busy schedule.

Enjoy making fun new foods? Every week our Transform Fitness chef's will send you a meal inspiration they have cooked up consisting of pictures, recipes and nutritional information to try as part of a healthy balanced life style.


How we do it?

Once a package has been purchased, an email will be sent directly to you, which contains a questionnaire to further understand you as an individual. Our team will then create an exercise and nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and wants.  

Upon the questionnaire being completed and returned to our team you will receive a ‘how to’ guide (which teaches you how to use the flexible dieting method) along with your tailor made exercise and nutrition plans. This will be sent to you within 24 hours. Included in your package will be spreadsheets that will track your progression and body composition. Assessments will be done on a weekly basis by your personal fitness coach to further develop your progress.

What is flexible dieting?

flexible dieting is simply counting your macro nutrients:

  • Carbohydrate
  • Protein
  • Fat
  • Fibre

We will provide you with a personal macro plan tailored to your height, weight, metabolic rate and your personal body composition goals. In simpler terms, eat anything you desire but within your given limitation. If you are new to flexible dieting we recommend a meal plan integrated with macros which still allows you to have your treat but it also gives you the time to completely understand how to track macros and how to choose the correct foods. Within your package you will receive a PDf explaining how to track macros via your smart phone or computer and a complete guide to how it all works. However if a strict meal plan is better suited, that service is also available.
